Existing tenants are transitioned into the program automatically without needing to take any action.
Coverage datails
The Renters Assurance Program provides personal property protection of up to $5,000 for damages caused by fire or water damage, as well as $10,000 in liability coverage for accidental damage to the property or injuries occurring within the unit. Specific limits and exclusions are detailed in the policy document.

Filing a claim is simple and straightforward—residents can submit claims with an itemized list and supporting photos of damaged items. Claims are processed within 7-10 business days, with updates provided throughout the process, and our property management team is available to assist with documentation or questions.
